Does anyone know of a good place to watch the NFL Draft? I would definitely like to make some tailgating contacts before next year.

At Reliant!!!

Go the the draft day party at Reliant. I was thinking earlier that we should setup a TexansTalk corner at the party, where board members can meet each other.
 
Man I would love to come over, but alas, flying in from Denmark for the draft might be considered extravagant :)
 
Come watch at my place. 62 in big screen, theater seats and HD. Might be a bit of a drive out to the not so great state of Maryland though.
 
I just got season tix last year and need all the tailgating help I can get. This may sound stupid, but I need to ask. What do we do at the draft besides watch it? Is it like tailgating before a game?

I do not own season tix but I always tailgate in platnium lot. One of the greatest bunch of folks you could imagine. I know there is a thread about the local with a map let me find it.

Now plat lot is reserved parking but I always park in Blue and haul my stuff to the crew and have a good time.

I honestly can not say enough good things about the people I have met here. :texflag:

I've got the same set up. Those theater seats are a godsend, My samsung tv is only 61 inches though :(
 
2006 I watched the draft at Fox Sports Grill in the galleria, but 2007 I watched by myself, all alone, at home. I hope to come out to reliant this year though.

Beer companys come out to Fox Sports Grill and give away free stuff on draft day. O_O

Two years ago a tailgate was ruined by rain. Last year, it was me, Jeff and Dean, and maybe 4 or 5 others sitting in the back of a pick up, lol.

I was thinking more inside at the event, but tailgating would be fun also. If the weather is nice.

Maybe we could pick a section to meet up outside of. Does that make any sense?
