And CBS is full of **** on nfl rules that they have to change games after 30 minutes. Because they switched it on the texans early in the season.

They haven't switched this one yet.

However with that argument.

I am not complaining that they haven't changed it because it is OT and a lot of people have invested 3 1/2 hours and want to see the game finished

I'm not complaining about staying with this game, because the Texans are becoming almost unwatchable anyway. But I am complaining that if this were the Cowboys, they would have switched over at the opening kickoff.
