I have mixed feelings of the put your picture on the web thing. IRL, I'm a fairly private person but have sort of evolved to the way of thinking that if participating in public stuff in public ways helps me do cool, fun stuff for me and other peoples, and provides a voice to express stuff that maybe should be said, then why not, I guess.

More often than not, it is a positive thing. Except when radio people say rude things about me for no apparent reason and then people text my husband about it, and then he says, wth, and I say, eh says more about them than me, yawn. And then we go eat dark chocolate with nuts in it because that is always a good thing.
