Texans Pride

Veteran
I have a friend that is selling two seats to the Dolphins game. They are in section 321, Row K, asking 150 each.

Shoot me an email at ashleyashna@gmail.com or call me at (281)785-9822.

Thanks,

Ashley

The politically correct is going to get you for asking $170 per ticket on here. You might want to hit craigslist, meet somebody local, and you can EASILY get $225 per ticket for the opener. On this site you have to be GIVING them away, or not a penny over face value to make the people happy. Just saying...... :tiphat:

Thanks orange, I appreciate the tips! And while I do agree you are most likely right, I've long stopped caring about making people on here happy. If someone wants them, awesome, if they don't that's cool too!

But I do appreciate you looking out for me!

That is certainly not MB policy. We do not mind our regular members getting fair market price for tickets. What we do not want is to become a host for free advertising ticket exchange by ticket brokers.

I understand, been on this board for over 5 years, but anytime somebody asks for more than face value, the people come out with pitch forks saying take it to STUBHUB, NFL TICKET EXCHANGE, EBAY, or Craigslist. I did that on craigslist with my Green Bay tickets and sold 4 seats in the Bullpen with an Orange parking lot for $2400. I am NOT a broker at all, a modest school teacher, but when somebody is going to pay STUPID MONEY for a game, I am going to take their money, and sit in 519, 617, or 620.

It's all good, just it is best to put them on craigslist, no fees, meet local, and make some money on them. This board is great, really good people on here, but not a board to really post tickets to be sold if you expect anything more than face value. I ONLY post preseason tickets on here than I sell at 30%-70% less than face value to HELP out people that can't afford regular season tickets. Everything else (all regular season and playoff games) goes on craigslist that I sell and have never had a problem at all. Back in the 2009 season I actually sold to a person on this board that was begging for tickets, I sold them for about $5 per ticket under face for 4 tickets. 2 days later I saw the same tickets posted on Craigslist for about $80 more than what he paid me for them.

We just want to be a community exchange - for people who are otherwise here to be able to sell tickets. At that point the market is up to them. But I understand. In 2004 I didn't hit the lottery to get my tickets for the SB. I watched my tickets get re-sold online for $8500 each $34,000 for one game. I would have sold them in a heartbeat for that. Have to say I am not real sure why the NFL has things structured so someone else got to make that profit instead of someone who helped pay to build the stadium and has now bought the seats for 11 years. I think that is an NFL rather than Texans decision though for the SB.

It is supply and demand....If you want to sell them for whatever price you want....that is your right to. If people have a problem with what your asking......they should just get over it.......

I think the issue with OLP8 is that he is intentionally being irritating about it. It's really unnecessary. Nobody had an issue with TexansPride's pricing until OLP8 started banging his drums. He only comes here to brag about his profits thereby being annoying and is unnecessarily trying to rile folks up. I agree... people need to get over it... including OLP8 from whenever he was blasted by others a long time ago.
