Good. The NFL downsizing the punishments from before would have voided the seriousness of the offenses and the punishments.
Goodell going after the players will be an interesting battle however, and is one that might have some ugly ramifications with the NFLPA when the nitty gritty begins.
Considering the penalties he laid down against some players last season, I don't Goodell being the least bit intimidated by the NFLPA. He's out for blood.
I still say, if the NFL has been "monitoring" this activity since 2007, who's next? Where are the other guilty parties?? Who else was "warned"?
Come on Goodell, we want full disclosure!!
