Hopefully, this will be a good game...

Last two haven't been.

And FTF will never catch me now... :shots:

Belichick is sitting Welker because of some stuff he said about RexRyan. What a maroon.

Wes Welker benched for the start of the game for his "feet" interview. Belichick was not amused.

Grow a sense of humor, Bill.

anyone know what tom brady and the other guy were sniffing out of the gatorade cup? That looked like they were huffing on the sideline?? I'm guessing it was smelling salts or something?

Hot Toddie?

Darrelle Revis!! Way to outmuscle him and turn a catch into an incompletion. Reminds me of a defensve version of Andre Johnson.

Tom Brady is great. Perhaps the greatest. But, he can't do it alone and the Pats lack of talent in the skill positions is beginning to show against this tough Jets defense.

patriots are in serious trouble. A dominating year all for nothing. Playoff football is a different beast all together.

Belichick is a freaking *****. A 52 yard field goal is way way higher percentage then freaking 4th and 13. I felt like i was watching the Texans right there.

Belicheat has made some unbelievable stupid decisions tonight.

I guess he saw something on film and thought they could take advantage of it.

Should be 2 great games next weekend.

When will my team get to play in one of these games? :(

No, no it won't. Rooting for the Texans. Now that sucked.

Are the Steelers really your team now? I thought you were joking. If they are, that's like adopting a 17 year old kid who is at the top of his high school class and ready to go to Harvard. What's the fun in celebrating that crap?

It looks good on the resume?

This year it's not the same. I'm just jumping on the playoff bandwagon like I do every year that the Texans go home. Starting next season I'll be following the Steelers as my primary team and the Texans will get "secondary focus" so to speak. I have always watched the two of them, I'm just flipping their precedence because the Texans suck and show no sign of ever not sucking and I'm sorry but I draw the line at 9 years of that. At least by stepping off the bandwagon now I can honestly say I didn't watch them bottom feed for an entire decade.

I hear ya. I was a diehard Rams fan from 1984 to 2005. I decided to become a Texans fan in 2006 because I wanted to follow a team that I could actually go see them play at least two or three times a year with my boys. It was hard to leave my beloved Rams but I wanted to buy season tickets and start new with pretty much a new team.

But I had some rough years being a Rams fan. Especially in the nineties. They were dreadful. But I stuck with them and then after a 4-12 season in 98, Boom!!! They caught lighting in a bottle and and went 13-3 and won the super bowl. It was all worth it. All the bad years didn't mean a thing to me anymore. This is why these Texans years are not as hard for me as they should. I just know that everything can change in a blink of an eye. Believe me, I still get mad as hell when they lose games but I still hold optimism at the end of the year for the next year.

I wish both teams could have lost and be out of the playoffs, but out of the two of them I would rather see the Jets go forward. Bye bye Mr. Brady...

Did Linus ever give up on the Great Pumpkin?
Linus: [to Sally as she walks away with everyone else] Hey, aren't you going to stay to greet the Great Pumpkin? Huh? It won't be long now. If the Great Pumpkin comes, I'll still put in a good word for you!
[realizes what he just said]
Linus: Good grief! I said "if"! I meant, "when" he comes!
[calmly]
Linus: I'm doomed. One little slip like that could cause the Great Pumpkin to pass you by. Oh, Great Pumpkin, where are you?
:kubepalm:

So Welker claims the Patriots were mainly prepared for facing man coverage but instead got zone coverage. Talk about being unprepared and getting outcoached. Way to call out coaching staff too.
