Defense is logging a lot of minutes...and Orlovsky is looking all-world out there against a vanilla defense. Would like to see our offense take advantage of vanilla defenses as well.

We were talking about this earlier in the week...defense needed to force 3 & outs, not give up drives into the red zone.

HOU has a ball control offense, that's pretty clear regardless of what string is playing.

RUN DEFENSE is going to be a big problem this year, HOU isn't even passing deep and we still cannot stop the ball. 3rd stringers should at least be able to fill holes.

Ok now Texans are making it look easy. We show some signs of good things, but at the same time can't make the big play when we need to.

The thing that stuck out while scrolling through that thread was how they sounded exactly like we did last year when we got dominated by the Saints and Vikings during preseason. Those performances accurately demonstrated how good those teams would be in regular season, and how unprepared ours would be.

Wow those guys need a reality check. At the beginning of the thread, when both teams have their 1st or 2nd teams in, we are dominating them and it's all doom and gloom. Then by the end of the game both teams have their scrubs in and they come back and win and then act like they would have won the game anyway.

If that's a regular season game we beat them by at least 20 pts and the way their talking on their forum you'd think they destroyed our 1st and 2nd units all game long and would have won the game if it were regular season.
