At 6-5 and 215 pounds, Alexander certainly has the size to be a great receiver in the NFL. He is a great athlete for his size and needs to work on his strength a little bit to fight off physical cornerbacks. Alexander will not put up Maclin type numbers -- since the Missouri offense is certainly less explosive than they have been in the past -- but Alexander will be a great third or fourth round draft pick if he falls that far.
1/19 Update: Alexander had a superb second half of the 2009 season and ended the year with an impressive 113 catches for 1,781 yards and 14 touchdowns. It took some time for quarterback Blaine Gabbert to step out of the shadow of Daniel, but once he did Alexander really shined. Alexander is still not getting the respect from most pundits that he deserves, but he has first round talent and somebody might figure that out by April.

RB Anthony Dixon (not really a sleeper, but will make a big impact for someone)
6'1 235 LBS
That lack of consistency can be attributed to the fact that Dixon is not the kind of versatile running back who can make opposing defenders miss. He has decent speed (mid-4.5s in the 40-yard-dash), but he has to do most of his damage with his size (6'1'' and 235 pounds). Dixon needs to run over people to get his yards, but that can be hard to do when the offensive line is not producing. He can be an effective short-yardage specialist in the NFL, but he does not appear to be an every-down back, especially not in this era in which NFL teams want to use multiple RBs more and more. Dixon did well to return to school for his senior year, and it could pay off in the form of a third-round selection in the 2010 draft.

NFL scouts love nothing more than potential, and that alone should garner Jones a second-round selection in the 2010 draft. If he stays one more year, he looks like a sure first-rounder in 2011.
