Another big (& pretty tough) game this week. Win & we should stay in barring a series of unlikely events. Each week we seem to be getting the help we need so hopefully we take care of our own business and see what happens

Go Texans!

Are you serious. This isnt a big game. The Monday night game was a big game and we blew it. Just fire Kubiak now and be done with it.

I see your point, it shouldn't have ever come to this point where this is a big game not to mention the other 7-7 teams' games are 'big games' too that affect us. But it is what it is, just felt iffy about putting on the jersey today because last week was embarassing to do so, even with that "win".
They have to dominate today and play all 4 quarters....

man oh man, my friend and i got seats in the 8th row, corner end zone. cost us a bit, but i rarely have the opportunity to see a texans game. i had two seperate dreams about the game last night... needless to say, i'm PUMPED! LET'S GO TEXANS!!!

btw - if you guys happen to see a good looking 21 year old hispanic man in a texans hat and andre johnson jersey, it's me. any texans fans i see will automatically be a "best friend", hahaha.

I hope the Texans come out fired up for 4 full quarters on offense and defense. We have to win this game to stay alive. No matter which side of the fence you are on you have to set your arguments aside today and cheer for a Texans victory.

To this point the Texans have really done nothing different from previous seasons and are hovering around the .500 mark as usual. What is different this year is the fact that all the teams in the wildcard hunt are hovering around .500 also. So maybe being alive this late in the season in spite of ourselves will ignite something in the coaches and players that will finally get us to turn the elusive corner. Houston. We have a problem. Lets begin solving it today! :gotexans1

I am getting pumped up just thinking about it. I want to see our team come out with focus and determination and get right to work. Nothing but this game matters right now, we need to go out and handle business!

D-Brown said he feels good about this game today on his tweet this morning. Hopefully he'll be good enough to contain Joey Porter and Jason Taylor.

Also, maybe Salaam will give the team a "pep" talk about how good we really have it and how we need to come together to get this win today.

Ok, so I'm dreaming but still....I just want to see our guys gut out a victory today!

My biggest concern with him is:

He is well enough to play but is he well enough to play well? Would Butler be better off in there or is Browns experience against Porter more valuable despite not being 100%.

Just saw Fred Bennett as inactive, again. Remember when he was coming in as our #1 CB (2008 T.C.), talking about how he was going to mentor the young CB's? Man, how far has he fallen?!

I have the same concerns as you. Is he actually hurting the team by being out on the field at 75-80%? Last week, he said that he couldn't push off one knee. Me thinks Kubes will give him a few series to see how he looks.

Inactives: Quarterback Dan Orlovsky, running back Chris Henry, defensive back Mark Parson, cornerback Fred Bennett, guard Tutan Reyes, tackle Ephraim Salaam and defensive end Tim Jamison.

GO TEXANS DONT EVER UNDERESTIMATE A HEART OF CHAMPION KUBICK BEEN THER WITH DENVER GIVE HIM TYME LOVE YA TEXANS WELL BE THERE WHEN WE CLINCH AGAINST NEW ENGLAND.:turtle:

Just screwed us in Corpus Christi. Showing the Steelers/Ravens instead of the Texans. Game time change. CBS sucks. It would absolutely never happen to the Cowboys. Have to catch what I can on Redzone.

Kubiak starts Jacoby on kickoffs, and Arian Foster at HB. Did Kubes
learn anything this week, or is this a fluke?
