well, no kidding. You would have to be blind not to know Brown didn't tip plays but the Texans never worry about correcting this and when I first noticed it Kubiak was unaware when brought to his attention. We've even had fans call in and ask Kubiak about this on his Coaches show but he said he "wasn't aware of it and would have to look at the film". I put this right up with Casserly stating point blank that Carr didn't stare down receivers and if he did, it's just fans babbling about overrated nuances and all QB's stare down wr's.When defensive end Quentin Groves was studying film last week, he noticed that the Texans left tackle Duane Brown was tipping the plays.
When Brown moved his leg back, it was going to be a pass. When he spread them, it was going to be a run.
So Groves, who got the starting nod at right end after being benched twice and overlooked once, knew the first play was going to be a pass when Brown moved his foot back.
He got a big rush on quarterback Matt Schaub, but missed him.
