To all fans:

Please join the Bull Pen Pep Band as they march to the Bull Pen Pub from Budweiser Plaza at 11:25am and begin playing in the Bull Pen Pub at 11:30am.

The Houston Texans Cheerleaders will also be signing autographs in the Bull Pen Pub around halftime.

Also in the Bull Pen Pub we are serving a Bull Pen Sausage Wrap that includes:

Your Choice of Jalapeno or Pork & Venison Sausage

Wrapped in a freshly made tortilla

Topped with Fresh Pico de Gallo or Grilled Onions & Peppers

Topped off with Monterrey Jack Cheese

Especially to those in the lower north end of the stadium - support these activities. While we'd all love to have a BullPen Cantina, the attitude isn't "if we build it they will come" it's "if they buy it, we'll build a little more."

Let's support these activities and hopefully gain more food/beverage/activities in the future! Don't forget to buy your beers in the BullPen Pub!

I protested it, that's why..I had overheard TB saying that he was looking forward to eating Toro's Sausage, and I was like oh hell no you won't, Toro might be ok with sausage lovers, but he doesn't swing that way !!

I'm with Dante, they do sound yummy.
 
They sounded good to me so I did a google. The wife is out of town for work and I think this sounds nice and simple for my Son and I to make tonight or tomorrow night.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 lb. Cooked Smoked Sausage sliced
1 Onion chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Spicy Mustard
6 Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas

Recipe Instructions:

1. Grill or broil sausage until heated through.
2. Heat tortillas until warm. Spread each tortilla with spicy mustard. Place equal portions of meat down center. Sprinkle with onions and cheddar cheese. Roll up and serve with extra mustard.


*edit* I'm thinking wrapping bacon around the sausage would add even more flavor. Arteries would probably begin to clog, but eh...

Nope, I'm a taco man myself. But you and your Vienna Sausage Crew are free to wrap yourselves in whatever rainbow flags you need to in order to show your pride.
