Good job, Texans!

We lost, but I saw a team clawing for a win until the end in sudden death overtime. With this attitude, we're going to have a great season!

Even though its the W that really matter, I really liked the way the Texans offense played and don't mind the loss. Finally we atleast looked like we are a NFL team. It was fun watching the game today unlike the last couple of weeks when I wanted to turn off the TV after every play.

Texans go 13-3 :)

If we beat the colts i will continue to think we'll make a playoff spot (Since we have NEVER beat the Colts when it matters...) so i don't think this is a bad team...it's just not good either.

It was fun today to sit at the sports bar and watch the team at least hold their own. Obviously I would have liked a victory, but its a much more fun and to be able to cheer for your team in a game like this as opposed to Blitzberg or the Tacks. Perhaps that offense is coming together. Now, if we could just stop somebody in crunch time...

Yeah, well one game doesn't get him out of the dog house with me. He played very well, but I want to see consistency over a 3 game stretch at least. I think he can do it, but he has to DO IT before I all of a sudden call him the guy for the future after his first two terrible games.

He made some really nice throws today though. Walter really played with some heart as well and that was good to see. Now we have to find a way to get our STUD AJ dominating folks.

I have to say as a whole they did well. I am kind of confused though. I was pretty sure that A. Johnson was our go to guy but looks like he's lost some steps. He misses almost everything thrown to him. Maybe him and Matty need some one on one time together.

Absolutely, if he didn't make the mistakes he made in the tacks game not only would it have been a completely different game, but there's no way people would have been railing on Schaub the way they have been. Dre is key.

I was at the game today, albeit nosebleeds, and I thought we looked good out there. The D looked a little thin at times, but from where I was at I thought it was because the QB was runnng well. Our offense looked really good, minus dre??? At least we looked a lot better than our last two games.

Despite the whole losing in OT thing, it was one of the more enjoyable Texans games I've watched. That's what I envisioned our passing O would look like when we gave up two 2nd's for Schaub.

The team played hard & it was an exciting game. Unfortunately we lost... in OT. Exactly the type of game I hate to lose. Looking back there's a lot of shoulda, coulda, woulda. You're right about wanting to turn off the TV the first 2 games; but today's loss is the kind that just gnaws at me. I don't mind the first 2 games any more-they're easy to forget; but this is the type of game I'll look back on at the end of the season & I'll still be pi$$ed off about the loss.

Personally, I find getting totally blown out much more painful than taking a team to OT and losing. It's frustrating to lose in OT or on the last play of the game but at least the team is in the game and has to be respected. If you're a team that's getting blown out by 15-20 points every week, you're a joke. But if you're a team that's playing teams hard and keeping the game close, you're not a joke.

It's like, I'd prefer to have a team that gets to the playoffs year in and year out even if they don't get to the Super Bowl than to have a team that has one fluke year where they get to the Super Bowl and win but then have a losing record every other year. I want a team that is continually tough and has Super Bowl aspirations every year rather than a team that's just trying to make it to the playoffs (or just have a winning record) and doesn't have much hope of that.

We don't have that, yet. But that's what I want.
