So I've been wanting a #99, so my wife was going to get me one for my Bday. She gets me an XL like my Reebock #23 and it sort of fits ok, but the shoulders/arms seem to be cut funny. It's like it fits if I keep my arms down, but if I try to lift my arms up even half way, the entire jersey wants to come up. It's almost if the arm holes are sewn to low, or not big enough. So she went back and got me the XXL like my Reebock #59, and while bigger in the frame, it's still doing the same thing. Despite really wanting it, I'm sending it back. Are all Nike jersys like this? My Reebok jerseys fit fine.

I can't say this enough on here - check the nike sight. I believe they have 2 or 3 sizing charts for their different styles of jerseys. There is not a direct translation from Reebok to Nike.
The different styles have different cuts. |

Nike site was visited, and sizing chart was consulted. In the "Game" jersey, the shoulders and body sections fit fine, the sleeves are just flat out sewn in screwy and you can't lift your arms without the bottom half of the jersey coming up too. I don't have the ability to try on a Limited or Elite.

I like my Reebok. My brother bought a Nike, I tried it on, and just like the OP I didn't like the fit.

I must be in the minority but the Nike Elite I got from the order Yankee put together fits better than my reebok in the same size. Maybe I am built strange, or maybe it's just the one that says "Watt" on the back is always going to work better than the one that says "Schaub".

Someone tell me if they agree or disagree with this - the Reebok jerseys seemed to all fit like big t-shirts. The Nike jerseys have funky cuts based ont the style and aren't a 'one size fits all' type cut? |
