There is a huge difference between nervous and doom and gloom, negative nancy, bitching seconds after a win and calling next week's results now.

I actually agree with what Tex said, some fans seem happier when the texans are losing, not all but if ur happy when we lose and mad when we win. ummmm thats like a guy who likes to dress up in dresses, paint his nails and likes boys. Its obvious to everyone but he still wont admit it. Get where i'm going with this.

So what would make you happy OP? It wasn't a dominant performance but a win is a win. Would 16-0 make you happy or would you find something wrong with that too?

Sounds like you'd make a good Giants fan. All the doom and gloom I've heard out of those guys, and then when they win the big one it's all "I knew they could do it the whole time".

Shoot man, I'll criticize the HC and certain players, but I'll always support my team in a playoff run. How the hell can you call yourself a fan if you won't even root for your team in the playoffs?? These guys really are more happy when they've got a miserable team with terrible players just so they can talk about how bad they are. Sorry, but I don't understand that at all. I hate complaining about my team even though I've done it many times. I'll enjoy a playoff run though. I don't even know why some of these guys are even watching football at this point. It's obviously way to traumatic for them.

Its an insecurity issue. They hate to be wrong about anything, even about being a fan of a sports team, and have to be the "I told you so guy." Its been diagnosed as the smallitus penisitus syndrome.
