to us, do you take him? I would. I think he's got all the tools to take over from Schaub in 3-4 years. I can see him being our QB of the future.

You absolutely consider taking him..But it depends on what round he's projected to go & where he's estimated to fall. Where's beerlover when you need him!

CBS has him going in the first, third best QB in the class and 27th overall prospect. I'm hoping Arkansas' crappy season might keep some people away but it's a faint hope lol.

Oh well no..1st or 2nd round is too early to be looking qb...I think we've got to many other pressing needs that we need to address 1st imo.

If I remember correctly Wilson missed the Alabama game due to concussion previous week? That would have been the tape I would focus on but it doesn't exist. He has a strong arm, like his TD to INT ratio you could make a strong case for him

I'd take him, I think he's the best QB in this draft. His stock is way down because the draft hype machine at ESPN doesn't have enough glitzy highlights from 2012 to push him up the boards. Well, when you have your coach unexpectedly fired before the season, bad things will happen. The team had a down year and it hurt everybody on that team, his o-line couldn't protect him well and his receivers kind of sucked. Watch his 2011 tape, he was fantastic. I'm all for taking him in the early 2nd after a trade down, but I would be concerned that another team might trade up to the late first to take him.

Very good QB prospect with tons of potential but I wouldn't take him in 2013. If we needed a QB or were a year away from that need then yes, but we just re-signed Schaub and he'll be here for at least 2-3 more years, (probably won't finish his contract). Take a QB in 2014 or 2015 to sit for a year or 2 as the heir apparent to Schaub. It also gives us more time to assess Yates and his potential.
