If we play only one deep roving safety like we have been doing for the last half dozen games, we can kiss our butts goodbye against Brady. He will teach us why you need heavy safety over the top play.

Hit him and hit him again. I'll take a few penalties if it means we can rattle him. Set the tone in the 1st quarter and then lay off if changes are necessary.

When you over blitz BRady he typically kills teams.

The Dline up front just has to be consistent and beat their Oline. That's how you disrupt Brady's passing game. That's exactly how the Giants did it twice. Blitzing Brady a lot will end up getting your defense butchered more times then not. I think it's better to play the pass, but that also can get you torched by giving Brady all day long to throw. Not really a right answer here. Lol!

Excellent question, I think blitzes will not effect Brady much. I let the line do it's think LBs cover the middle and a CB and safety on two best WRs. TE is the issue and our best coverage LB should mirror him. We did very well against AJ Green & their TE. Not saying Bengals are NE but I was impressed with our DBs today.

Ball might be an extra DB/S. Maybe a couple of DB blitz plays.
