I love how the media reports this kinda crap like they have never had an argument with a family member or co-worker.

Memo to the world: Adult human beings don't always agree on things or approach each other in the exact correct way. It happens. Not an indication of a problem until is over and over. And yes plenty of people argue with their boss.
