Thanksgiving day 12:30 Eastern

Ok.. so I have trouble with time zones.

When they say this game is going to start at 12:30 Eastern, does that mean kick-off will be 12:30 Eastern or that coverage will start at 12:30 Eastern & kick-off will actually be 1:00 pm Eastern?

Just trying to figure out how big a plate I should fix

Kickoff's at 12:30pm ET. Pre-game probably starts an hour earlier.

And I have to make sure I can get up that early... 9:30am out here.

My family usually starts eating at one; I plan to DVR what I won't be able to watch and then catch up on it in the evening.

Priorities people. We eat at my parents house at 1pm, but this year I've told them no formal dining room instead we need to eat in front of the TV. In return I told them not to worry about the Turkey because Ill take care of it. Bird goes in the deep Fryer around 10am, out in time for the game.

Well, since I'm the boss on Thanksgiving day, and I do most of the cooking, I can assure you we will be eating AFTER the game!! Probably around 5 or so.. dinner time! Probably a late breakfast with some munchies thrown in to tide everyone over. BUT, my kids know that NOTHING will mess with my Texan football!!

Which might explain my hatred of potato salad.

I usually work Thanksgiving and we eat late anyway. No work this Thanksgiving though. Texans game then eat when we probably would if I did work.
