Pagano joined his team in the locker room following Sunday’s win over the Dolphins and delivered a victory speech — arguably, the most emotional and inspiring moment of the NFL season thus far.

And while the Colts continue to hunt a playoff berth on the field, they’re also rallying together off it to show support for their coach. In honor of Pagano, whose cancer is now, thankfully, in remission, several members of the team shaved their heads after Tuesday’s practice.

This is a team playing with a mission and emotion. I love how they're rallying around Pagano but the Texans need to take care of business when they meet these guys and crush whatever thoughts of winning the Colts may have quickly.
