its not unreasonable to ask for some adjustments like seeing what other players can do like martin or jean (before he got injured) and carmichael and harris on defense.

kevin walter always does this. has a big game then disappears the rest of the season but the defense is always he's a great runblocker.

Walter was to be number 3. Jacoby should have developed to be the #2 guy and didnt? Walter has stepped in and alright

If someone would have compared Switzer to Kubiak a couple of years ago, I can only imagine how many pages of posts would have been spared in the all encompassing fire kubiak thread.

Switzer inherited a Cowboys team that had just won two Super Bowls.

Kubiak took over a 2-14 team.

The only similarities is that both Switzer and Kubiak are NFL head coaches for teams in Texas.
