The Texans have scored 40 or more points three times since Kubiak has been head coach. Think we'll score 40+ today? And before anyone gets their knickers in a wad, this is all in fun. 29-3 at the half is pure awesome.

Oh, just for reference, Kubiak has been HC for 104 games, counting the two playoff games last year. So 3/104.

I voted Yes. Ever the optimist LOL.

The only downside to watching two quarters of Texans dominance is that you know it will be followed by two more quarters of Turtleball as Gary does everything possible to not lose whatever lead he's got. This of course results in lots of 3 and outs, draw plays on 3rd and long, and a slow comeback from the opponent of the day which Wade's side of the ball desperately tries to stem.

I want 40+ points but I don't think the Texans have it in them. They just don't ever seem to want to crush anyone.

Well, I confess that part of the reason that I voted yes is I expect the 3rd quarter to be that slow crawl back for the Ravens and then in the 4th quarter Kubiak will finally realize that he needs to dial up a couple TDs. We'll see how successful he is.

It just makes me so furious when the offense comes out in sleep mode and takes a whole quarter to realize that the game was only half over when they "won".

I'm happy to report that for the first time in Texans history (where this particular subject is concerned) I was wrong and the Texans did not go completely turtle in the second half.

Now was that so hard?
