Foster doesn't eat eggs either, but I see your point. You are kind of stretching this joke out a little bit though.

I actually thought this was the most important part of the message. I'm more concerned about Cody playing and how or if he can hold up this season.

Beans. That's the ticket for Foster. Eat lots of beans for the protein and he can fart his way through the defensive lines.

Reed needs to eat more beans, less meat -- wouldn't be having these weak hip issues.

But vegans don't eat eggs. People who don't eat enough vitamins need supplements. Foster has access to top doctors and nutritionists. He got injured when he was an omnivore, so I'm sure people will act like he never got hurt before and blame it on being a vegan if he does get hurt this year.

Braman and Brandon Brooks also could be out.

Just from the way things sound it seems like merci could be getting his first start. But nothing definite yet.

Yeah, I didn't like the sound of that press conference: they'll test Foster tomorrow and see if he's up to it, they'll test Reed on gameday, Braman's probably out, Nading's probably going to see some time, etc.

Where's that panic button?

OMG. We're gonna lose 450,000 to 0 now!!!!!!!!!!

And if Foster doesn't play, Tate will earn his keep. I'm not worried a bit.

Kubes talked about Tate and Forsett being the rotation if Foster can't go. Honestly, he didn't sound worried.

But you know Kubes, that lying sack of ****.

Tate runs best when he gets up a good head of steam, let him have the majority of a game. Foster missed a few games last year anyway. If Foster is going to miss a game, best it's against someone like the Dolphins anyway.

Well, I won't.

To my knowledge the other guy who was held out of practice due to soreness - Brooks Reed - still eats meat. Why no dietary accusations toward him???
A.J. Still eats meat and he was unexplainedly (by that I mean, no the injuries involved no collisions) hurt twice last season and for extended periods. What's up with him... too much meat??

Jeeezz. That whole "Foster needs to eat more meat" schick was amusing the first ten thousand times but not so much any more.

okay... I'm stepping off my

There is no way Texans could have as many injuries to key people two seasons in a row. Right? ... Right?

Probably thinks the game is a piece of cake, rest his guys for week 2.

Wouldn't blame him for sitting out as many players as he thinks he can and still win the game. 16 game reg season is a long haul.

Then say so. Niggling injuries but we have full confidence in our #2s and will give them the start.
