For as atrocious as the Browns have been, their fan base has always been loyal. I remember watching the Oilers travel up to Cleveland, around the Kozar/Slaughter days, and it was one of those places that was definitely hostile.
I have friends up in that neck of the woods, and I would like to see the Browns start winning if for nothing else to put an end to said friends football misery.
