It was eery and cool how at the end Gruden said "Don't worry Case. Someone is going to take you. You just be ready. You got what it takes. Some coach is out there and he's going to take you. You be ready. And if someone doesn't take you, then they'll be sorry."
Wicked cool.

Yes Sir, that bees me. We've struck in rich in the UDFA market before, and we will again. Maybe even in this bunch. But still, there's a reason most of these guys weren't drafted. I think there's a good chance that at least two or three of these guys end up somewhere on our team or practice squad. As to if any of them ever make us look good like Foster did, we'll just have to wait and see.

OLB Delano Johnson, Houston Texans: Another raw athlete who stood out at the NFLPA All-Star game, this Bowie State's natural combination of size and pass rush potential could make him a developmental outside linebacker in the Texans' 3-4 scheme.

I'm glad we got Eddie Pleasant. I'm hoping he makes the team because I've seen him play and dude is tough.

Logan Brock (TCU) is a pretty solid all-around player.
TCU ran the ball 3 times every 5 plays so Brock was used mainly as a blocking TE/FB/HB (similar to Casey for the Texans but he was used more for blocking). Seems to have decent hands even though the numbers don't indicate it. There were some passes that were just out of his reach that I saw. There were also occasions when he was open but the QB either didn't see it or had already decided to go some place else. |

Logan Brock TE (TCU) and Desmond Marrow CB (Toledo) look like solid all-around players.
They might be candidates for the PS. Marrow is pretty intriguing; he's 6'2 - 208 and posted a 4.47 in the 40 and 6.4 seconds in the 3-cone drill at his pro-day. Marrow recorded 19 bench reps of 225 pounds. He's a very good tackler; therefore, some people project a conversion to safety. He doesn't have a backpedal from the 5 games that I watched him play. The jury is still out on his coverage skill as he often plays off-man. He did have 15 pass break-ups and 3 Ints last year though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwTsvHijJ4s http://espn.go.com/ncf/video?gameId=312952649 http://espn.go.com/ncf/video?gameId=312952649 http://espn.go.com/ncf/video?gameId=313222117 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZr7O...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7x98...feature=relmfu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_JOy...feature=relmfu |

I've been on the marrow bandwagon for a while. I think he has a slim chance to sneak onto the back end if the roster as safety an corner depth and a special teams player. The athleticism is there a long with solid tackling skills. I think the db depth will be an interesting battle.
I like Logan Brock too. But I think itll be hard for him to make the roster. He's going to have to really shine. |

Also, I've been watching tapes of Mario Louis and Jerrell Jackson.
The battle for the sixth spot (if the Texans decide to carry six and not signing another vet) is still very wide open. For the same reason, there's no telling which guy(s) make the PS among the receivers currently on the squad for TC. |

AJ Walter Jean Posey Martin With the 6th spot up for grabs between Jerrell Jackson , Trycycle Holliday and Jeff Maehl. If Martin ends up returning kicks and punts , it makes it very hard for Holliday to make the final 53.
