Odds of finding a ticket in Baltimore on gameday?

I'm in Dover, DE for business on Sunday which looks to be about a 75 minute drive from Baltimore; I'm considering renting a car and driving to the game. Is there a "street market" for tickets there and if so does anyone know what areas to look for them in and what time I should show up?

I'd be willing to spend up to $300 to get in!

You can find them on stubhub for that price right now; but they're top of the stadium seats.

In my experience there have always been scalpers roaming around. Not sure what they will be charging since this is the 1st playoff game in Baltimore since they were the Colts.
