Default Re: Texans might as well stay home if you listen to one Baltimore writer

actually AJ writes pretty good articles.. much better than anything the Chomical can or have done

he does a lot of research in his articles and hardly ever "flame bait"
he is up there with Stephanie

The article quoted was obviously written somewhat in jest, but it reeks of Richard Justice type flamebaiting for Texans fans. Just ignore it and move on. The guy isn't worth your time.
Houston fans are a funny bunch. They think they should've been Super Bowl contenders in 2005 & base their opinion about everything from there. Never mind that the Texans actually went 2-14 that year, they were supposed to go to the Super Bowl & that's that.

Go .500 over the next three season, big deal, they should have been in the Super Bowl.

Have your first winning season 4 years after you hire a new coach... so what, they're Super Bowl contenders & shouldn't be satisfied with merely winning 9 games.

Winning the division, winning their first play-off game..... Duh, we're Super Bowl Contenders.....

Why ESPN & Jamie Dukes haven't figured that out is beyond Houston football fans.

Funny stuff!

I think what Cowherd was really referring to was the Steelers being knocked out of the playoffs. It's no secret the issues the Ravens have had dealing with the Steelers in the playoffs.
