TEs and WRs must be on the end of the line of scrimmage in order to be an eligible pass receiver. If a WR is on the line of scrimmage and a TE/WR is inside of him, an illegal formation has occurred because another eligible has covered the eligible TE/WR. The formation would be legal if the WR further out would drop off of the line of scrimmage so that he is not in a direct line with the TE/WR.

We can't stop the sweep, and we can't perform it ourselves when we try it.

Maybe Kubiak and Wade should go over this and make the team defend it during practices??????????? Because we look like we've never seen it or done it before. That was pathetic.
