Vic Ketchman, of Jaguars.com, reports Jacksonville Jaguars SS Donovin Darius did not attend the opening of the team's minicamp Friday, April 29. He is upset the team has named him their franchise free agent three straight years. Head coach Jack Del Rio had this to say: "Donovin is the one player on our roster not here. That's his decision. He's been invited; he's been notified. He'll be fined."
