Both games come down to a rookie QB knocking on the door to win the game. Texans QB pulled it off, Titans did not.

And at the very least, even when he took enough time to where he has to know it's the final play of the game, you have to throw something desperate into the end zone there. Maybe you'll complete a miracle pass or draw a pass interference penalty. You can't eat the football there and take the sack.
