Aaron Wilson of Profootball.scout.com reports the Kansas City Chiefs have cut offensive tackle Jared Gaither in the wake of a false start penalty against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to a league source.

Gaither signed a one-year contract with the Chiefs prior to this season.

After visiting the Oakland Raiders earlier in free agency, former Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Jared Gaither wound up with their AFC West rival: the Kansas City Chiefs.
