I just heard Tori say that Ozzi sat him down & went over film of his drops.. talked about how Tori would turn his head before he had possession which Tori says was big in helping him develop this year.

Do most GMs get this involved with the players?

I don't think so. But there aren't that many GM's with Ozzie's kind of experience.

Not every team has a multiple time all pro pass catching tight end as their GM either.
