I just heard on the news here in Oklahoma that White's agent has called all 32 NFL teams about possibly signing White, but all 32 told him that they were not interested. The reason was said to be something about a medical issue.

he has had two acl tears(playing QB). his arm is okay but nothing special and what was a pretty good asset(his legs)are questionable. if i were a gm i wouldn't waist my time. i can find equal are better talent elsewhere and they won't have the wear and tear of two acl tears...

I feel bad for the kid. He has been through a lot, and worked so hard to get back to the level he did. I would have liked to at least see him be a practice squad guy.

Sorry.. but this guy is a horrible QB. Look at his passes even when he was at OU. Most were horrible over 10 yards, and those under 10 yards were not accurate. He has a terrible vision, he was not picked for those reasons plus blowing 2 acls. Bad bet, even for a team that really needs a QB..

(BTW- my wife and father-in-law are HUGE OU fans, so I got/had to watch the games. He only was able to make things happen because he had INCREDIBLE recievers. It was all them, and not him.).

I think the fact that USC's back up quarterback behind Leinhart who only threw like 30 passes in college with no TDs got drafted and White did not shows what they really think about his skills. He was an ok player with an amazing supporting cast and they made him look really good. He has been in college for about 9 years now, hopefully he learned something he can use in the real world.

Jason White is tremoundosly over-rated. He had a good offensive line,good recievers, and a future nfl pro bowler in Adrian Peterson, so how couldn't he have been that good? Also he's had too many injury problems and lets not forget he's older then the average rookie. (he's 24-25 isn't he?) NFL teams look at skills, not stats.
