The word is they were good on money and were just trying to get an in-house physical planned in roughly 1-2 weeks, prior to him having a setback that should keep him out for the season. One item of note, is that Garrard was all about rejoining a team in the same division...as you can imagine he's no longer a big Del Rio fan--but at least he got some good news at the end of the day.

For the critics, I would like to say I've downgraded my source from 'pretty solid' to 'kinda solid' as he was pretty darned close, but I did chalk it up as a miss.
