Why have the bears not been able to get any decent Wide Receivers?

Brandon Lloyd & Eddie Royal were on the block this year.

T.O., Houshmandzadeh, Braylon Edwards, Steve Smith, Randy Moss, Jacoby Jones, & Stallworth, all available at one time or another...

Do they not feel they have a need at WR?

I personally think if they had a good option in addition to Knox & Hester, they could be contenders year in, year out.
