According to Kubiak, Brandon Harris will see some time at Safety.

I'd rather see Harris at CB and move Jason Allen to Safety but this is a good move as well.

Troy Nolan will be the starter at SS, Kubiak is just weighing his options for backup SS. Keo played himself out of any serious consideration.

Just so we don't put my boy Keo in at safety if the games on the line.
KOs, punts, etc are OK, but not safewty.

i have been wanting to see what Brandon Harris can do, so if this gets him on the field i am for it.

Interesting, from HT twitter quoting Kubiak as saying that Harris has not played due to a crowded CB position.

Um...so we got him as a 2nd rounder, and he's not as good as McMannis/McCain/Jackson/Allen? That's not very promising.

Sounds like Keo did pretty poorly at safety last game... what happened? He's one of 'my boys' too and want him to do well!

It will slow down some for Keo next season. I'm ok with him getting in when he can. Harris OTOH I want to see @ CB2 Sunday.

I approve of this move. Harris is physical and he breaks on the ball extremely well.

I didn't think about it before, but I think he is going to do a fine job at safety if he gets any tick.

I haven't seen McMannis get any snaps at corner, just on ST. I'm fine with easing him out there, he's a rookie and we know what happens when you throw rookie corners into the fire from Day 1. I might be wrong but didn't Glover not start seeing reps until midway through his rookie season? And when he did get out there, he was at a point where he was ready to contribute.

Keo looks horrible. I think the game will slow down for him next season, because he will be playing in Canada.

Harris would be OK at safety on passing downs. But not in a base defense. Rick Smith is known for finding safeties on the waiver wire (Demps, Pollard, Wilson). Make it happen, Rick.
