Here's a good writeup on AJ. I didn't see it posted, so I thought I would share.

Beat me to it. It's a great article. If AJ (and Schaub) stay healthy this year, I think he's going to have some unreal numbers.

In fact, I think this offense is going to put up some unreal numbers.

There are different strata for statistics. For WRs, I start from the top down:

1.) Rings
2.) TDs

3.) other stats

Those seem more like strata for QB's not WR's.

AJ was on pace for another 1500 yard season. if not for his ankle injury. That would have been three straight 1500 yard seasons...unprecedented.

AJ is going to be right up there near the top no matter what.

Joe Jurevicius was a pretty good wide receiver who has been to a couple of Super Bowls and has one ring. Was he a better receiver than Andre?

Sometimes being on a team with POWERFUL defenses can help with the Bowls and the rings.

Rings are as crucial for judging receivers as a spoon is for cutting steaks.

Rings are a poor measurement of individual accomplishment and only at the QB position does it hold ANY sort of meaning for the individual. While a player may be great at his position, there are 21 other STARTERS, not including contributing backups that must push towards ultimate, team based goals. Rings, in a sense, are overrated.

If you measure an individual's success by rings, I'm guessing Barry Sanders was just an average running back :/
