Yes, a few weeks ago Jonathan Joseph talked about how good the Texan's are about helping unlike his former team.
It was actually Mercilus I am referring to:

Quote:
Outside linebacker Whitney Mercilus wasn’t sure how his veteran teammates would treat him as a rookie, saying he’d been led to believe it’s every man for himself in the NFL. But that has hardly been the case with the Texans.

“Coming into the league, I was hearing the stigma that veterans … won’t teach you anything,” the Texans’ top draft choice said. “It would be like, ‘You’re on your own. You just got to fend for yourself.’

“But here, it’s different. They just want to help us learn … this defense flawlessly so we can help them out during the season.”

And I don't have to remind you that Kubiak likes involve himself in player mistakes/shortcomings with his "Its on me..." type of rhetoric to take the heat/media attention off of players after a game so I can see him trying to bubble wrap Lestar for whatever reason.

And it seems to work for the positive (currently) because this team seems to be "Team first.Me Second." type of group which is exactly what you want in a team.

It's not about one catch. It's about a couple of days of good production after a couple of days of bad production. The one catch is an example of other catches he's made the past couple of days.

He showed flashes in pre-season last year of being a guy like that. But then he got injured and missed the season.

He could be a player for us.

But at this point, we're all grasping at straws hoping one of the young WRs will step up: Jean, Posey, Martin, Maehl, Iglesias, Jackson. Hell, even Holliday. We need one or two of those guys to step up in a very big way.

Jean could be the guy.

Last two days of camp were good ones for him. A number of explosive plays. He's been showing up early to take work on Jugs machine.
