Just heard this on 610.....

They said it looks like his hand but was sitting up in a golf cart...not on a stretcher or anything.

Everyone calm down....me included...

F' 1560. Now it sounds like he might have caught a ride back to the training facility to get his left hand wrapped, after tweaking it after going up for a one-handed catch.

Hands are pretty important for a WR, no? I pray he'll be ok. IMO, he shouldn't be doing much in practice anyway.

I understand that. But it's not like we are talkking ACL or concussion or something. Just saying, if there is gonna be an injury, I'll take hand over ACL, etc. Wouldn't you?

Also, "carted" off the field makes everyone think he was on a stretcher....which he was not....

Just trying to scale down some of the alarm bells dude :)

He was carted... As in Golf cart.

Why?? I love seeing people all fired up early on a Tuesday morning... :ahhaha:

I hear ya, bro, and you're right. I was just wanting to point out that a hand injury would be pretty significant too. Let's hope he was just getting taped up
 
I heard this on the radio, but the hosts were mad at the guy who reported it. 'Carted off the field' is very different from 'riding a golf cart off the field'. Supposedly it was just a hand issue, nothing with his legs or that high ankle sprain from last year.

After injurying 6 tendons in my left hand on two different occasions... no, I would not. In fact, I'd probably welcome the ACL. It is amazing how little someone can get done with injured hands. Its even pretty degrading sometimes.

Look at how everyone is freaking out. Now go back and look at how many posters on here were talking about how we needed to upgrade a WR spot and alot of those you will see stated how we are an Andre Johnson injury away from not being a high powered offense.
