If he comes cheap, fit him in with Manning and put Quinn back at Corner..Quinn was a decent #1 don't see why he'd fail as a #2?

That was from 10 days ago and I doubt they bring him in after signing Manning. He wants to get paid and will probably ask for something similar or a notch below what Manning got.
