Jim Carley, of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports the Houston Texans could decide to bolster their pass rush in the first round of the NFL Draft with prospects such as Troy OLB DeMarcus Ware or Maryland's DE/LB Shawne Merriman at the No. 13 overall pick.
