You're a good man, Bob McNair. Always have been, always will be. But you gotta do it. You have to pull the trigger and admit that Gary Kubiak isn't the man to get the job done in Houston. He's had his fair shot, and failed. Keeping him around for another season only sends the message to your fans that you're too patient for your own good, and willing to accept mediocrity.

All the teams that have fired their head coaches mid season are ranked higher. Even the untested interim coach in SF with the most backwards QB situation in the league is ranked higher.

You want to know what kind of second half of the season it has been in Tennessee? The Titans actually lost a defensive lineman (William Hayes) to a concussion last Sunday when he was hit in the side of the head with a Kerry Collins pass, while sitting on the Tennessee bench. No word on whether Hayes was the intended receiver, but that's more than the Titans throw to Randy Moss.

I would argue that 31 is BS. I think we are low 20's. We lost several games on fluke plays. YEA I KNOW THE FINAL SCORE IS ALL THAT COUNTS. Had those games gone the Texans way on those fluke plays lots of people in here would have called those garbage wins. This team can (almost) beat any team in the league, that's good enough for low 20's. I know everyone is pissed at the epic fail this year, but let's keep some perspective and be realistic in this forum.
