Would you keep Gary as head coach and hire Josh McDaniels offense coordinator,Wade Phillips defensive coordinator. Josh and Wade had some good runs just as coordinators not head coaches. Would or could we make it to the playoffs then?

I'm fine with Kubiak/Dennison for our Offense. I would love Wade Phillips to come in as our DC. I want no part of Josh McDaniels.

I agree. We need an experienced, proven DC. The offense is fine.

The Packers defense is looking awesome. It sure helps when you draft a NT like Raji and one of the best pass rushers in the game like Matthews. I don't see any reason for Capers to leave GB though.

I want no part of Josh McDaniels. I don't think he makes many sound decisions.. not to mention the fact he's a giant d-bag.

He didn't make sound decisions as a head coach, but he sure knows about offenses. He's a terrific OC—a lot like Kubiak, except a little more enthusiastic. No. A lot more enthusiastic.

No offense, but what's the point of this thread? The offensive coordinator isn't the problem. The defensive coordinator and head coach are. In fact, I'd be open for Dennison sticking around even if Kubiak is canned to keep some sense of stability on the offensive side.
