Austin/Round Rock watch party?

Time Warner sucks. Need to find a spot to watch the game, hopefully with some fellow fans. Is anyone going to be a Pluckers in RR tonight?

I thought about going out, but not sure yet on arrangements for the kids. I am guessing hookinreds will be there though, he catches most of the games there.

Is anyone going to be at the Buffalo Wild Wiings on 35 and Parmer in North Austin in the Wal-Mart parking lot by Red Robin and all that?

That's the closest place to me. I have my daughter and won't have a chance to get out until about 8:30....so since that is the closest place to me, I'm just going to go there. Anyone else going there?

I will most likely be up there tonight. I'll be wearing my steel blue Mario jersey, steel blue Texans hat, and also possibly my steel blue Texans hoody although I'm sure they will close off the patio.

I'm pretty sure Hookinreds lives at Pluckers so I expect to see him there. Hope you can make it Hardcore, I'll buy you a beer!

Thats him. We work for the same company and started within weeks of each other. I think I met you the last time I watched a game down there, probably 2 years ago.

He's a cool dude, I tried to get him in my FF league this year but it was a last minute thrown together thing and he was out of town during the only possible draft times. No worries. I am/was very interested in trying out your home brew, I have been wanting to get into doing that myself. You had given me some advice on the subject as I recall.

Man, I am up to 2 beers being offered and it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it! Just my luck...lol. My wife is working and taking two of the kids with her but my 5 year old is having a school function and it looks like I am not going to be able to make Pluckers unless something changes.

I'll be up at Pluckers in RR. Have at least one of my son's in tow. Check my avitar...that's what I'll be wearing...son will likely be in his Red #80, not sure what jersey my youngest will be wearing. We will be at the long table behind the bar outside 'cause well, thats where I always am.

Why not just drive the extra 5 miles up 35 and go to Pluckers?

But I have to work tomorrow so I don't plan on drinking more than 1 if even that. If I even order a beer it will be because I don't want to go in a bar and the guy that only drinks water and doesn't tip. Plus, yes, WilCo like you said......a little drinking as possible.

I didn't know that the Pluckers in RR is only that much farther, maybe I will do that. The farthest I ever go north on 35 is Louis Henna where my PT job is..... how much farther from Louis Henna on N 35 is this Pluckers? Is it right on the freeway/easy access?

Edit: a buddy of mine in the office who lives in RR told me it is only like 3 miles past Louis Henna...not too far so I will swing in there tonight and meet up with yall.

What exit do I take if I am heading north?

It's not even 3 miles after LH, it's the next exit after Louis Henna/HWY 45. Exit Hester Crossing Exit #251 as you head north. You'll have to go through one light, that's Hester's crossing. Pluckers is about a mile up probably less after the light, it's on the right after Academy. If the lot is full, park behind Pluckers in the Big Lots parking lot and come in the back door.

I have a ton of free wing cards I wish I could give you guys. What's the earliest anybody will be getting there?
