Definitely the Vikings...Their whole defense has been reconstructed...I throw a vote towards the Ravens too, because they filled their needs with the additions of Mason, Rolle, and Keydrick Vincent...

I would say the Raiders.

Randy Moss and LaMont Jordan. that is a HUGE upgrade to their offense. They will be a whole new team next year.

They better make sure that they get a big playoff run going this year because they're going to be in cap hell in a few years... the same with Washington.
