I think our starters are the one that need as much experience and game time action as possible. If we were a veteran squad, sure put in a lot of the young guys... but they're all young and HAVE to improve.

And if you go back through that list you'll see a lot of those guys are actually already getting plenty of playing time.

This wouldn't have been a bad idea 3 weeks ago. It's especially a good idea now.

If we're sitting on 4-11 on the eve of the final game of the season, Kubiak
will still be playing the same starters he did all along (less the IRed), because he will still be trying to elevate his record as much as possilbe to retain employment.
And that's one advantage with a lameduck coach, W-L means nothing and a team can endeavor to maximize the experience of it's younger players in the latter stages of the season.
