Didn't Steve McNair go through something similar to this (offseason, but barred from using team facilities)? If I recall correctly, he ultimately won a grievance against the Titans.

Not a fan of VY by a longshot, but unless he's been suspended for some reason (a possibility I suppose), not sure what the basis for this is.

His (Steve McNair's) was over contract issues IIRC.

So McNair didn't have his contract resolved but showed up for offseason workouts anyway.

The unresolved issue was that the Titans wanted to restructure the deal and Steve didn't. They could cut him, or honor the contract, but they couldn't ignore what was in place.
