Texans DT Mitchell misses practice

Houston Texans defensive tackle Earl Mitchell did not practice on Thursday due to an ankle injury.
Mitchell has played in all six games this season for the Texans, racking up 14 tackles.
In addition, defensive end Jesse Nading did not practice while battling a knee issue, and running back Steve Slaton did not join his team for non-injury reasons.
Linebacker Kevin Bentley (knee), tight end Owen Daniels (knee) and guard Mike Brisiel (knee) all took limited reps in advance of Houston's Monday night matchup with AFC South rival Indianapolis.
