![]() first I think both coaches have a future in the NFL. Jim Harbaugh & Chip Kelly are both exceptional but use opposing styles to win games. Jim is hard nosed no non-sense, defensive minded & pound the rock conservative while Chip is open it up, spread them out offensively minded. This is what makes it so compelling. second both QB's are from Houston nuff said http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefoot...preview-100110 Andrew Luck is not only my personel favorite College QB I think he is in the mix to be selected #1 overall when he deceides to enter the NFL. In a lot of ways he reminds me of another Stanford Cardinal named John Elway. Darron Thomas is a duel threat option QB with better than expected accuracy, just a notch below Denard Robinson not to be taken lightly either. Another excellent match-up to watch. third, Oregon duo RB LaMichael James (also from Texas) & Kenjon Barner http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0rsiH5c4Bo fourth, Marecic Owen FB/ILB Stanford. last week I couldn't believe my eyes he scored from the one (something I would like to see the Texans do) then next series stepped in front of a pass in the flats & took it in for back to back TD's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPzBV1wgRbY&NR=1 could go on & on leave it up to you guys to make the call & catch the game

Yep, it should be a great game, both for pure enjoyment, and for scouting the next couple drafts. Luck is my number 1 pick next year. The dude is awesome. Also, Marecic is someone I would like to see the Texans look at in the middle rounds.

since he has extra value as back-up FB to say a Vonte Leach would this bump him ahead of 4th rd. ala Sharpton?

Great game so far, I'm liking all the offense! I had a hunch the Bama/FL game wasn't going to be worth watching, but I chuckle every time I see the score go by on the ticker. Andrew Luck looks great so far, I don't think he's made any mistakes. He looks like the best QB I've seen all season in D-1, better than Mallet and Locker for sure.

the striking thing about this game to me was the number of players from Houston. While LaMichael James is not from Houston he is from Texas & showed me a little bit of sweetness (combination of speed & will power). great coaching match-up played out, Chip Kelly seized the moment down 21-3 berrated the officials while coaching up his players & hung two scores on Stanford, by the end of the second quarter Stanford was in reach 31-24. Chip Kelly has great timing & sense of urgency, communicates well with players (not officials) can't see Bose State ranked over Ducks when the AP comes out tomorrow, Stanford is a better team than Bose State plays all regular season.

yes they did. Bama has a balanced, traditional look much like Stanford, of course they have a terrific RB tandem but Luck is a far better QB. maybe we'll find out early next year? Chip Kelly has developed a very unique system tailormade to his players strengths, he can also make adjustments on the fly. I would very much like to see this match-up
