Eventually, the gunman and the woman traded gunfire after he stuck a gun to her head and said, "What did that football player say to his girlfriend, it's a good day to die," misquoting a University of Florida player's recent text message to a former girlfriend after an arrest, according to a sheriff's office report.

The "gunman with plastic bag on face" was a dead giveaway of what
type of "apartment" the football player was visiting. This combined with
the two Jags linemen being gunned down in similar fashion a couple years
ago, leads me to reasonably deduce the chick being visited was a "hoodrat."

The Jaguars declined comment on Putnal's status as one of the team's 32 cheerleaders. She is listed in the 2010 media guide as a dental hygiene major, but she is no longer on the team's website. The team has a rule forbidding cheerleaders to date players.
