I don't think there's any way in that tool to distinguish between 100 yards gained in garbage time and 100 yards gained in a tightly contested game where the outcome is in question.

And how often do teams lose when they have a RB go for 200+ yards?

Oh, it happens. Having a 200 yard rusher isn't a guarantee of winning. My only point is that it's silly to say a team has a ZERO percent chance of winning when they have a back rush for 200+. And teams with that stat line on the ground win a lot more than they lose.
